      2. In New condition - The device has not been used
   2. Thread cassettes:
      1. The item will be in its original package
      2. In New condition - non of the threads has been used

Shipping and handling:

• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable in case of returning and\or exchanging.
• In case Myslique.com shipped you a wrong item than your original order (as described in your invoice) you will get a full refund of shipping and handling charges.

Please note: When order originally was made with "Free Shipping", the shipping expenses will be deducted from the refund amount in case of issuing refund \ return..
